I have never had a fire before. I let the insurance company know it was just myself and my daughter. I had no idea what to expect, and X.Cel Restoration handled it all for me. They did an excellent job guiding me through this whole experience. I would not have wanted to go through this my myself.

They took almost 2 months. Still didn't complete the job had to have insurance company send out another company.

During a very busy time for frozen/burst pipes, the owner himself, Allen Jawad, handled our call, had boots and equipment on site within hours, the mitigation team, and the follow up, was completely as explained, no hidden charges ,or unexplained omissions. X.Cel performed as if the flood happened to their property, not mine

We never really knew exactly what they were supposed to do, when they were supposed to start or when they completed their job because we were traveling at the time and they were let in by another professional. We also had no number to contact them directly and had to contact our insurance company to find out what was going on. After the job had been completed and we stated are dissatisfaction to the insurance company the insurance company must have given them our phone number and they contacted us to explain exactly what they had done. The professional that let them into our place said they wasted a lot of time trying to put the water down a drain pipe that was plugged rather than taking it outside and dumping it.
