I felt like he was genuinely interested in ensuring that the quality of the workmanship of our new deck exceeded my expectations - he was very meticulous in his work. On a few of the days he was at our house from dusk to dawn to get as much work done on our deck before the rains fell. He was also very friendly and professional. Also Adam the Owner was fantastic during the consultation/ planning phase when we were meeting with companies to decide who to go with for our project. Adam was professional ,kind and patient and he was the only company we met with who genuinely was patient with us in answering the many questions we had before starting the project. His customer service skills were at a higher standard than any of the other companies we interviewed, which as someone who’s been in the customer service industry for over 25 years is something I truly appreciate. You can tell Adam truly cares about his customers.
