It is with great reluctance that I even review Xterior Solutions. The list and details of what was one of the most painful projects I have ever experienced are so numerous I do not want to take the time or relive this project. Briefly, if I had not spent the two days on the roof watching the work, I hate to think how it would have gone. I was constantly seeing work done poorly and carelessly . One of many items was the removal of plywood that was prefectly good and I was told was rotten. Non was! On a positive note, It seems the envelop is solid.

Everything was perfect! Fantastic job! There is not a single thing I could recommend to improve the service we received. I only wish that all contractors were as professional and caring about their work. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

I would recommend Xterior Solutions to a friend who isn't differently able in any way. I am visually impaired; which I informed each Xterior team member each step of the project. The Xterior members who came to my home were very helpful. Wether it was assisting me with my guide dog (getting around tool and materials) or answering questions I had. There was a language barrier with the workers which caused some issues. Being visually impaired it is important that my home, and everything involve with it, works or is in its original place when the workers leave. My electric garage dorr was disconnected. This is an easy fix, I understand; I am unable to do it myself and had to discover it on my own. This is an inconvenience that I should not have experienced. I was home and could have shut the door myself. In addition, an worker slip and broke through my ceiling. It was rather difficult communicating when the repair would be done.

Xterior Solutions just completed a new roof on our house and garage. From the first interaction with Jim, the Sales Rep, to the final walk around last night, the entire experience was top notch. From start to finish this was a terrific company to work with. The estimating process, the paperwork that needed to be signed, the organization and professionalism on the day of the job and the outcome all exceeded my expectations.

From the initial meeting for an estimate to the completion of the project everything was handled in a professional manner. The project manager was on point with his communication about the project schedule and was great to work with. The crew arrived on time and got to work and by days end they had the job done. What really made my day was when they were able to get my new gutters up on the same day and much to my husbands delight, the container picked up the next morning. This is a great team to watch work everyone had there own task like a well oiled machine, Chris the PM was amazing he was in constant contact with me for scheduling with materials and daily tasks . The roofers have an issue still unresolved, at the front balcony door. There is a rain gutter that they removed the end cap (maybe for more room to install plywood replacement for the roof underlayment) that end cap was not replaced. I had to find left overs from my old system and make a temporary repair myself. Xterior Solutions' Jim Secor keeps telling me someone will be in touch to schedule a technician to fix the problem but as yet no calls, never mind actually fixing the rain gutter end.

Xterior Solutions was professional from start to finish. Before the project began I was kept informed of the status of their schedule. The crew arrived when promised and finished the entire job in one day. Xterior Solutions did not give us the cheapest estimate, but they were worth every penny.

Pro-wash is very professional and I received a beautiful new roof for my house. It is a little more expensive than other companies but all in all, the quality of work is far better.

Honest and professional from appraisal through site cleanup. Did not needlessly go over the original appraisal and their prices were on the low end of what was quoted me from other roofers. Job was finished in one day and it looks great.

My project was beyond a “normal” re-roofing project in that we needed to reconfigure a bothersome and useless dormer on our home. My experience was very smooth. Everything went as scheduled and communication was clear through the entire process. During demolition gutters were removed that were supposed to remain. I spoke to Justin and he resolved this immediately and they ate the cost of the extra gutters without question. The roof looks great and so do my gutters!
