It was an easy process and was not high pressure. Everyone we worked with was great.

Installation was fine, but this winter I am having problems with the window. If this doesn't get resolved, not sure if I can recommend you guys.

The customer service was excellent when making my selection, but the installation left a lot to be desired.

The initial contact was great. The digital documents and contract were signed. They failed to show at the first installation, and I had to reschedule. The installers were nice, but it was definitely not a great experience through the installation. They were not prepared. They had to come back an additional time to get new hardware. They needed to use my angle grinder and bit because they had to remove the security bars, and they left the old wheel on and wrong nuts . It was horrible. They called me asking when I wanted my door installed. I told them that they called the wrong number, but they showed up early one day to install, and I had to re-inform them that I had no doors to be installed. Bill was the contact, and I arranged the installation with him. He scheduled the installation. They didn't show up on time one day, so he called me back to reschedule. They came back the following week to do the installation.

It really just comes down to the installation team. They were not very good. There were multiple issues, and the owners are aware of it.

Overall, the communication was stellar, especially from the sales rep. There was a long lead time of 5 or 6 weeks.

I ordered my windows at the beginning of the pandemic and all went smoothly. We all wore masks and were safe. My windows were installed in one day. 9 double hung and a picture. My house is quieter and warmer.
The brickmold transformed the look of my house on the outside. Wish i had done this sooner!

I had a pretty good experience with Zen windows. The timeline, price, and installation went well. I have an issue with the quality of the install, though. I am not happy that there are markings left behind around the windows and the fact that they used a cheaper fiberglass insulation around the windows instead of foam. Also, they found rotten wood around my windows and did not replace it like they promised. If those issues did not happen it would have been a perfect experience with Zen.

Zen has replaced all of the windows in my home. After employing them to replace the first few several years ago, I decided I would not use any other company to do the rest. They do a superb job, and the product is wonderful. The difference in my home is amazing with all of these new windows. They are expertly installed. I highly recommend Zen Windows.

Zen Windows gave me a quality job well done. I scheduled my apt. and they came in and completed the process in 30 days. I never met the owner but they did a great job.

I was at first a bit nervous, spending a lot of money on a big project, and this is one company that never came out to see the place until after it was sold. Also nervous because they were the lowest bidder (by a decent amount), and often you get what you pay for. Not in this case. They BEAT the timeline, cleaned up wonderfully, and everything is in place operating perfect. Next time I need windows, I don't need to call around.

Communication is great during the sales process.. I had to have previous job sealant repaired and window seal issue from a prior install has been slow to get done with little communication.

I loved that I could get a quote without high pressure sale tactics like other window companies. Matt was really good to answer all my questions & even arranged for me to see the windows being installed at another location. That convinced me Zen Windows was the way to go. I LOVE my new windows!!! They are well made and tilt in to clean!!! No more nasty old aluminum windows & storm windows that can’t be clean and grow mold in between them. My house was a big job with 34 windows and 2 sliding doors. The crew did a great job, professional and polite. I'll learn more about the warranty as I need to contact them about the gasket on the door. I just noticed a tear in it when I was rehanging my window blinds.

My wife and I were offered every means to review Zen including a visit to a job site where installation was occurring. The installers were professional, and very knowledgeable on Zen Windows. I personally compared services of window and window installation and found Zen superior at a good value!!

The process was very quick and easy. No other company would even provide a “rough estimate” without coming to the house. The other companies want to get their sales person in your home. This was my second experience with Zen and would highly recommend them. They did the job on time and at what I felt was a reasonable and fair price.
