We had a hailstorm right as covid shutdown started. Zykan came right out and did an inspection for damage. They found damage on the roof siding and gutters. I then called my insurance company who came out and agreed with the damage. The problem was insurance wanted to replace the damaged pieces of siding but the color match department was closed for covid. Will from zykan sent a piece to a different color match place and the siding was no longer made. And could not be matched. The insurance company color match department opened after a couple of months and said they could match it. Then sent out a piece to Will who brought it over and it did not match. Will then did all the dealings with the insurance company and in the end the siding was all replaced. Looks fantastic! One of my neighbors was having the same problem. They called to different contractors who said they could color match a siding that was no longer made and just replaced the broken piece as the insurance wanted to do. It did not match and it looked bad. I recommended Will from Zykan and the neighbor called them and Zykan contacted the insurance company and the entire siding was replaced and looks great.

Schedule - It was covid and we couldn’t get materials. When the materials did come in they immediately came to install.
