The installers did a fantastic job.

Well, I’m guessing that no effort will be made to follow up on providing photos to people showing what the end product looks like for different types of installation. See comments further on.

Great job and fast installation.

I’m satisfied with the siding I got installed, but not happy with how the installer handled it. His crew left my electrical meter and a breaker box not secured to the wall after siding installation, but what bothers me the most is they put a nail through my air conditioner refrigerant line, which caused all the refrigerant to evacuate. They then called an AC repair company to fix it, and I was never informed about any of this. The first time I heard about it was almost a week after the installation when the field supervisor David asked me if my AC had been running ok. None of how this was handled is acceptable to me, and if asked I would recommend against Window World installing anything for anybody. Despite being satisfied with the siding, I cannot trust that nothing else went wrong or was done sub-par and I’m just not being told about it by your installer or your field supervisor.

Love the windows, no pressure, saved me energy bills, cleaned up as needed

Very pleased with entire process.

The quality feel of the old door was better than the new ones. The new ones shut very lightly, the overall seal does not appear as sturdy as the one I had before.

The workers did a good job, but they inadvertently disconnected my freezer and I lost hundreds of dollars in frozen food/meat over the week. (I went on a business trip once they were done). Bad luck.

The sales visit and measuring was excellent and the installation was painless, fun chatting with the guys, and very neat and professional to us! Great job!

Lucille was wonderful to work with, she kept us updated on the progress of our windows from manufacturing through installation. Mike our installer was fantastic! His attention to detail and quality installation was outstanding.

The sales person and the workers were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient.

The windows are very nice, and we are happy to get the job done, however I am a 75 year old man, and having to remove and then reinstall the drapes, shades and furniture was torture. I have had windows replaced in other homes before, and NEVER had to experience that agony. Maybe you should consider a fee based service for this part of your install.

I was dismayed to discover that on installation day all my windows had an alarm sensor that I had to remove and rewire. Had the rep told me this, I would have bought windows somewhere else. As it turned out, the removal/rewire was relatively painless, only costing me a little time and electrical tape. BUT the rep should tell the customer. As it was, I had no choice, and no time to consult with a professional; not a good feeling. Lastly, the install crew was polite, friendly and efficient; however they could have been more diligent in the cleanup process.

I reached out to Window World and they were able to send out Tim the very next day. Tim was very professional, kind, and explained all the benefits of using Window World. The process was smooth and the windows look great. We will be purchasing more windows from them as we continue improvements on the home. Thank you!
