My wife and I own a home that is 38 years old. We bought the house 10 years ago. The original windows were aluminum double pane. They had lost their seal and most did not open properly. We have owned 4 different houses over the years, but this is the first time we wanted to change out the old windows in a house. We decided to use Relief Windows and contracted with them to supply and install 22 vinyl, double hung, double pain glass windows. Our appointment with Aaron, the sales rep, was a very positive experience. Aaron was on time, answered all of our questions, helped us decide on the type of windows that would be best for our home, described the financing approach, and was in general not in a hurry and did not push the sale. Between the positive reviews on Relief Windows and a very positive sales experience, we decided to contract with Relief Windows. We were notified when the windows were ready for installation, but my wife and I were out of town so Relief Windows asked us to call when we were ready to schedule installation. A very flexible scheduling process and respectful of our time. We received a text message confirming the installation a couple of days before, then a phone call the day before to confirm once more that installation the next day was still good. The installation crew Lead called when they were on their way, and showed up on time. I'm a retired engineer, and anyone that knows engineers, knows we can be very detailed, and yes sometimes a bit annoying. I typically try not to hire anyone to do work on our house, since I am usually not satisfied with the quality of work, so I usually do what I can myself. I have never had a combination of timeliness, competence, good communication, overall high quality, and a general sense of caring about my property from companies that I have hired to do work for us on our homes. Well, we got all of these from Relief Windows. Starting with the request to walk the Team Lead through the house, listening to my questions and concerns, answering my questions completely to my satisfaction, then getting the crew started. They began by covering the floors at each widow as well as the furniture in the rooms. They also laid drop cloths on the outside of each window. I had asked that they show me the way the window openings were framed once the first single window was removed. The house has a brick veneer with a steel lintel above each window. Some are single windows and some are multiple windows. The largest opening is fifteen feet wide. The Team Lead called me over to see the first window framing once the window was removed. He explained how the house was built and the window openings were framed, and assured me there would be no problems with the larger window openings. They worked all day removing and installing windows, ending the day with caulking inside and out at each window, cleaning all the windows inside and out, and picking up all the drop clothes and furniture coverings, and finished by vacuuming inside and walking the perimeter of the house picking up any final small pieces that may have missed a drop cloth. The installation crew did not leave until 9pm. I am completely satisfied with the product and the installation we received from Relief Windows. A special thank-you to Bruno and his Installation Team. I would not hesitate to recommend Relief Windows to family or friends, and will use them if we decide to replace our doors in the future.

I Highly recommend Relief Windows for both siding and windows. Our sales agent, Mr. Don, went above and beyond to help us with our renovation, giving advice about other parts of the house that needed renovation not requiring siding or windows in addition to spending a lot of time providing a lot of information to help us choose the correct windows. Mr. Don also came back to my house to help me secure a loose door frame. Wow!!! We didn't expect that type of service. Our window crew did a quality job and were professional. Lastly, Mr. Joe, our siding installer was absolutely amazing!! I've dealt with a lot of different contractors, but Mr. Joe sets himself apart. The knowledge, workmanship and pride he takes in the work he does you just cannot find anymore. He took his time and didn't take any short cuts when he faced some challenging areas around my house. He made sure it was professionally installed. It was an absolute pleasure to have him install our Hardi Plank. We were so impressed with the final results of our hardi plank installation. The installation was completed in one day. Our crew of 3 got the job done. Kale, Cameron and Blake did most of the work. A member of another crew, Demetrius (D) showed up later in the day to help them wrap things up.
These guys kept the mess to a minimum, and did a great job cleaning up.

We were apprehensive about changing out the windows and as a result put it off a few years. If we would have known how easy Relief Windows made the process, without a doubt we would have replaced them sooner.

The installers were wonderful. Everything was incredibly clean which was very important to us with two kids. It was spotless! We had no issues. From meeting in the display office to everything finished was great. They did not fall short of our expectations. Everything on how they said it was going to be is how it went. They would call to schedule measurements, second to confirm and third to install. They were spot on. We are very pleased. I was most satisfied with the installation. Not only keep everything ridiculously clean, they communicated very well. They would say they were going through the side gate and not try to go through the house. Just the level of care at the end as well, making sure nails were hidden or painted over and wiping down the windows.

After getting another quote from another unnamed window company, I was blown away by the difference in their professionalism, product knowledge, and demonstration of the product. Relief Windows actually had a sample of the window so that you could see the quality of the product you were getting. The installers work for Relief Windows and are not a third party installer. Two guys removed the windows while two guys installed. They were professional and completed my 24 window replacement in one day. The guys even cleaned the windows and the vacuumed the dust left in my home. I would most definitely recommend Relief Windows to anyone who is replacing windows.
