They make the process quite easy and for the good of the community. The agent on site was friendly, light minded and quick to help out. The mortgage company they have, Trailblazer, with Mr. Gordon, he did all he could do to help me get qualified, and also letting me know the option in case I didn't' qualify. The house was ready for me as I walked in, and it was like they built it for me. Everything they said they're going to give me in the house, and the support as client, they did provide. I appreciate them for being transparent and trustworthy.
