I am giving 5 stars with the hope that the extended delays and lack of communication on our project were due to the high demand for roofing.

They did quality work, and the clean-up was excellent. They took care of the property very well.

I will recommend the company.

1) They started the roof when it was raining,and it rained again after the peel&stick was on. I understand: possible seal failure,mold,etc..if it gets wet

2)Roof Ridge Vent: I was told they would use a power saw to cut a thin opening. They were using a hatchet on the left end.

3) I have dips where there were no dips before.

4) The guy was applying the ridge vent tiles. Another worker went up behind him,and picked up the stack of tiles throwing thrm in the dumpster. He started
yelling at the guy. The guy answered,and pointed to the dumpster. He yelled at him and pointed at the dumpster. The guy went to the edge of the roof, and jumped off of the roof into the dumpster looking for the shingles. Couldn't find them. The guy cut vent shingles with a razor knife on
the roof.
5)When the inspector came he wouldn't sign off because the shingles were not laying flat. So the guy that was there to get me to sign off got up there pushing them down with his foot.
6) They were working on a spot by the back corner of the patio. They asked me if I have a leak in the room right here? I told him no. He said,"You have to have a leak! This water is brown". I went inside to look. I have a brown spot in that corner on the ceiling that wasn't there that morning!
7) I was out there looking at that area. It didn't look right. They pushed the soffit down to where it was laying on the roof.There was a piece of wood under it before covered in alumunium(that was gone)and the other piece adjoining it was covered with alumlunium was all crumpled up.They straightened it up to cover the space.Anything could crawl into the attic space.It would have been better if they would have told me. When I called to tell him about it he said he could send them back to fix it. I asked if they knew how to fix it,why didn't they? He told me we have different people that do different things. I called a few people,but they were busy with storm prep.
8)I am fixing to call K L Smith Roofing to see if he can help me with that corner.⁰

I did at the bottom of page. I am totally disappointed. The last day of the job a young man that couldn’t speak English, stopped what he was doing on my roof, & started helping a roofx woman,for 3 hours that was late, fix her truck that died at the bottom of my driveway.
I was told previously that the Owner would come & fix the leaks.
He did not, I still have leaks. He never even came

I think Graham had excellent service and he were very responsive.

We recommended them, and they were supposed to show up today, and they did not show up. The owner is terrible about communication. Not showing up after recommending them to a relative, I will not recommend them again.

They were easy to work with. They got it done in a timely manner.

I would not recommend Roof X. The communication was almost non-existent. I came home one night (after 8pm), and surprise there were people on my roof tearing up and replacing shingles. There was trash left in the yard - bottles, shingle debris, and nails. Speaking of, multiple nails were located in the driveway. If a thorough magnetic sweep had been done, this should not have been the case as nothing was hindering the magnet from picking up the nails on a hard clear surface. Workers had to come back out multiple times to address problem areas because the job was so sloppy. I will say that there was effort on the back end to make things right, but the whole experience left a lot to be desired.

I would recommend this company for any roofing project. I was fortunate to only need a small repair at this time, but when this roof needs to be replaced this is definitely the company I am going to call. I have already recommended this company to a friend for their roofing needs.

Roof X Inc was professional, said what they were going to do, and did what they said, and I am happy with there service. I would recommend Roof X Inc to anyone because of the great job they completed for me.

I really liked the entire process. They came out and assessed the damage, informed me of what was wrong, then sent it to the insurance company. I liked how I was treated as a customer from the beginning to the end of my project.

Great experience and they stuck by their word throughout the entire process from start to finish.
