Beautiful homes, amazing staff! Sherry Webb & Jason Burger went above and beyond They communicated well, were patient and kind.

Everyone involved were knowledgeable and the process was clear

The house had problems with leaking, which then became mildew and mold. The walls and floors had to be pulled up. It was a horrible and unliveable experience. They handled the issues but they should've been more careful with the contractors they used.

I was pleasantly pleased with the front end of the sale and their agent. I was very pleased with how they handled us from start to finish. They made us feel like family. I was impressed with Rob, the construction manager. There are always issues and he was great. I have no complaints. He made sure to address and explain everything. It was all fixed correctly.

Build quality of my home

The entire home building process was seamless! Thanks to Sherry, Jen and Zachary! I felt they truly cared and had my back in helping me to make decisions in the building process. I would hands down build another Saussy Burbank home and I have highly recommended Saussy Burbank to my friends!

Exceptional staff that strives for perfection and extremely customer oriented. The project manager is on top of everything and takes the time to explain things and truly cares about his role!

Danielle and Jack are such a powerhouse team. I worked mostly with Danielle, but knew Jack was always available if Danielle wasn’t. She is not only so well versed with the options Saussy Burbank provides, but she makes a concerted effort to know what’s going on in the community and can speak to both with such clarity. She took all the guesswork out of what we were buying. Both Jack and Danielle were communicative and available every step of the way. We rarely wondered where we were at in the process because they were calling to check in before we could even wonder! They represent the company exceptionally well and every home builder should have a team like them!
