Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

I thought that The Siding Company did a very good job. They met and exceeded my expectations. I would do it again. I had a very big project for them to do and I was very pleased with the outcome as well as each crew I had to work with.

The crew from The Siding Company who did my installation was very professional. I am extremely happy with the way my house looks. If you could see my house, you would know how good they are.

I was pleased with the product provided by The Siding Company, but I was very unsatisfied with the workmanship. I still have an ongoing problem that forced me to take further action against the company.

The Siding Company really conducted themselves professionally. They had one or two supervisors come out to the property one or two times a day during the job, and most contractors don't do this. I have been rehabbing properties for 12 years and I've never experienced that before. They are very professional.

The project was a significant undertaking for me, but The Siding Company staff, especially the salesman Rodney Gibbons, were very professional. Rodney provided confidence in the product and the perfect level of support.

The Siding Company provided excellent quality of both materials and service. Although rain played into our siding replacement, our home was well protected during the periods of bad weather until the last piece of siding went up. After the job was done, all debris was cleaned up and minor touch-ups...

I have no problems with anyone or the company, but I think Pella needs to redesign their window in a manner in which it works correctly. I will do business with The Siding Company again.

I recomment The Siding Company, not only for very fair and competative pricing, but for their ability to preform the complete task, including replacment of facing boards etc where and when necessary. Professional quanity men with a quality Pella product

Everyone was very professional and polite to me. If there was a question they talked to me to get my input, which I liked. They are all professional. They did their work. The whole atmosphere of them working here was great.
