I've done several contracted jobs. This was by far the easiest, most seamless, from start to finish. Communication was easy, and prompt. Scheduling was great. Install crews were polite and didn't leave a mess behind, and honored my request to not smoke on my premises. Perfect. Oh, and the windows are beautiful and open/close easily.

Rob Clayton was instrumental in helping us make the best decisions for our home. He listened to our needs, offering ideas and suggestions, and he was responsive to our requests. The workers at the house were professional, and were also responsive to our needs!

If someone I knew was going to use this company, I don't know that I would recommend them. The lack of communication did not sit well with me at all. I wasn't impressed with the work of the installers, nor the subcontractor who did the finishing work. I cleaned up after them. It's also hard to believe that there was only one company - in Arkansas - that could make the doors we needed. This job took months, with many different excuses about why.

They listened to what we wanted and worked to accomplish everything. The prep work on colors , styles for siding, windows and doors was designed to be sure we understood our options and could achieve our goals.

Quality windows and their installation is VERY expensive, no doubt. Even so, we could not be happier with both the company and the product. We're super glad we invested our money with them. Southwest wasn't the lowest quote nor the highest. But by far, they were the BEST quote! It matters to us that every time we look out our big, beautiful dining room picture windows, we feel good about our decision to go with Southwest.
