I am likely to recommend Sun-Tec Solar Energy and Roofing to a friend because the technician and the installers were on task.

Adam was very professional and forthcoming with expectations and the size of the unit I was looking for. The quality and service is what I expected.

Unprofessional. Work was completed on my roof in December 2022 and it now March 2023 and SunTec has not gotten the inspections done. They have went ahead and installed solar panels without the initial inspection. Calls to the office go unanswered or goes to a clueless representative who is unable to answer any of my questions. I have sent numerous emails and no one has responded. I would never recommend SunTec to anyone. I am very disappointed in their customer service. They have 4 star reviews on Google because they screen the reviews before they are posted. DO NOT BE FOOLED!

I agree with alot of the negative reviews with this company. You call the receptionist are very nice but from there good luck no follow ups no one shows up I called a month ago to get my system worked on for a second time and nothing. I have solar back up power not battery back up so during the day I have power I understand this but when you have to throw out two refrigerators full of food because your system is not operational and are told by staff from suntec we don't cover loss for our systems not working. Come on the system is 4 months old this December. Horrible company or they have bit more then they can chew and have no idea what they are doing the technicians are great friendly and help you anyway they can.

The Sales Team is exceptional, they are very helpful in answering questions and responding to concerns. The service technicians are thorough and efficient and complete necessary maintenance as scheduled.

Just had our roof replaced by Sun-Tec and couldn't be happier! The sales team walked us through the project easily and the install crew did an amazing job. I was blown away on how clean they were. Multiple times a day they were cleaning up and walking around with magnets collecting any possible nails. Great to see a crew with work ethic and pride in what they do!!

This company was great! They did everything for me, including contacting my HOA. Usually, I would have to contact them. They kept me informed of every single step. They emailed me about what was happening.

Additional Comments - you came to my door to offer solar panels. i am thrilled to death over everything. you have given me a budget i can depend upon, with electric power for the rest of my life. i thank you. there is nothing you did not promise that you did not complete. you were kind, dependable, and have given me great comfort.

Customer service has been nonexistent. It has been difficult to get someone from Sun-Tech to return phone calls. During the Initial install, one of the technicians put a hole in my roof so when we had rain, rain water leaked into my kitchen. Within the first month of service I discovered that our system had been operating at 50% performance for nearly four weeks. At no time did Sun-Tech follow-up regarding quality control or customer satisfaction. There is no interface between Sun-Tech maintenance and the Enphase system software.

Installation and operation are good. Communication could have been better.
