From beginning to end, System Pavers showed they are a very professional and classy organization. It was immediately obvious that they knew how to establish that “partnership” with us by listening to what we desired to achieve with this project, then by translating that into a dynamic plan of action. This pretty thorough renewal of our entire backyard was an arduous project. It took a month. Our front-end point of contact, Pamela, was amazing, and developed a design and generous proposal that gave us confidence we were going to be in good hands…..and Pamela stayed in touch with us throughout the entire project. Dan was a very competent, well-engaged Project Manager, and had a great way of keeping us informed, keeping the contracted team on track and adaptable to those inevitable hurdles that surface during complex, challenging projects. Dan and William’s contracted team, were highly skilled in all aspects of this work, and their years of experience really showed. William’s team was one of the nicest, hardest working, most focused group of workers we’ve ever experienced in our 50+ years of home ownership. They proved they were solutions-oriented, and, with Dan’s guidance, always came up with approaches during the project that pleased us, the customer. It’s been a couple of months since System Pavers completed the month-long job. You know, during a project of that duration, you get to know the working team…..they almost become part of your family. They were good people, for sure. Every day, we look out the back of our house with a big smile. The System Pavers’ team did a great job, that will give us much pleasure for many years to come. They were pretty easy to work with. They had good communication. The process was pretty swift. They were clean and did a good job.

The company had a good sales pitch but their choice of subcontractors soured this project. Their refusal to hold subcontractors to reasonable standards like arriving on days scheduled and having needed materials to do the days work was extremely unprofessional. Job has stretched out to more than 3x the agreed upon time.

They were very slow and the workmanship was shoddy. They would leave not show up at my house for days which was fine as long as the work was of good quality, but it wasn't.

My experience with System Pavers was extremely frustrating. Although the final driveway installation is satisfactory, the overall process was riddled with issues. The design details, including the paver selection from the final walk-through, were not communicated to the project manager or installation team. The scheduled start date came and went without any crew showing up. I had to contact the company, and it felt like they scrambled to find a team at the last minute.

These mistakes created a stressful situation and required constant oversight on my part to ensure the project was completed correctly. I felt like I was treated as an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Additionally, the leftover pavers were left on my property for two weeks, which was both an eyesore and a security concern.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise potential customers to explore other options. There are plenty of providers out there who can offer a smoother and more customer-focused experience. While the end result was acceptable, the overall process with System Pavers was simply not worth the hassle.

This company has restored my hope in contractors doing business the right way. From start to finish I hadn’t ever experienced such a well organized team. They were constantly in sync and if the was a change or mistake it was transparent to me as Justin and Austin ensured it got taken care of quickly. And when I mean quickly not weeks or days later I’m talking within 24hrs. The install team led by Mario wa all about the details taking there time making sure everything looked right. And Austin built a TV area that I could dream of and integrated with the waterfall design. Just everything about this backyard Reno was amazing. I wish they did whole houses. The world speaks for itself give them a shot if you have exterior work to get done.

I had a wonderful experience. It was a little bit pricey, but it was worth the price.
