They did great work! The installers arrived on time, cleaned up well, and finished in 12 hours. Everything was impeccable.

didn't return calls or visits as planned. took over 4 months to get a new roof, from signing a contract to completion. Seems like a long time to wait to get things done. Increased the original agreed-up-on price by nearly $3000. Totally their fault, dragged their feet until, supposedly, the price of supplies went up.

There were some problems along the way. In the end, they made it right, and that says a lot about the company.

We have used Triple Diamond to put on our last two roofs, they have done an excellent job both times.

It's almost a year and they're still not finished with my siding and my window screen. They kind of put a cover on the rotted plywood, and it is bubbling up from getting wet. I had to call them to replace that plywood, though it hasn't all been done. Some of the metal plate that they put on the roof is still showing instead of having it flush with the roof. They have to come back and redo a lot of things.

They continually placed debris into dumpster as they did my roof. When they were done my yard was spotless. I am very impressed by how well they cleaned up everything.
