Additional Comments - Kurt and his sons did a great job and were very courteous. It wasn't an easy take out/removal of the shower. The tile was concreted into the wall, instead of being put in the traditional way. But you got it done and even did it in a timely manner.

Anyone who deals with Tony and his crew will be lucky. They were wonderful, helpful, kind, clean and neat. They got the job done quickly. I am very happy with my shower.

Our finished bath is beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about Tony Long and his team! First off, Tony is very low pressure and just a real pleasure to know. We knew going in that we had underlying water damage in our master bath. We spoke to several other contractors/bath fitters/etc. (including a 2+ hour sales presentation by a competitor) and chose Tony because he was honest and offered a true solution.Tony went way above and beyond a bathroom "update" for us. Once the 50+ year old tile and cast iron tub were removed, they ended up replacing some of the floor joists and reframing the walls. Obviously, this cost a bit more, but Tony was very reasonable and Scott is an experienced contractor, so they were able to fix it themselves (other people we spoke to said we would probably have to call a third person to fix the walls).I highly recommend Upscale Bath Solutions!

The presentation with Upscale Bath Solutions by Tony Long was very informative and very professional. He was one of five companies we (my wife and I) interviewed to replace two bathtubs in our home. He was very knowledgeable of the products that were available for us to choose from. His estimate was by far the most reasonable and within our budget. Tony is very hands on with the business and the work from start to finish. The workers (Scott and Adam) were awesome! We were very pleased with their workmanship in installing our bath systems. We were highly satisfied with Upscale Bath Solutions and will definitely refer them.P.S. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, this company is absolutely awesome!!!
