Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

We are 8 months after completion of our home. We recommended Rob to friends from the old neighborhood and they are building with Rob as well. We not only say we would recommend Rob to our friends, we did.

VTS Home did an exceptional job in building our home. Rob was very approachable and was extremely courteous and understanding in dealing with us in the build of our home. I would go to Rob again if I were to ever build and would recommend him to my friends.

Rob found a solution for a problem I had that no one else was able to solve. He always kept me up to date on when the subcontractors would be there and what to expect. He regularly checked on the progress and addressed all issues timely and satisfactorily. Great job and I am very pleased with his design and the outcome.

We would highly recommend VTS Homes to any new or seasoned home buyer. Rob Owens is exceptional in his ability to stay on top of the schedule and budget, tracking every finite detail.
