We hired Rick Willcut to rebuild our home after tornado damage.
Everything they replaced had to be torn down are redone. First they did not rebuild the room addition off the back of the house, so that when they repaired and replaced the roof they could tie in and put the roof on the additional room...

There was no pressure of getting the job done. Will Pro Construction Services, Inc.told me what they would do and they did exactly what they said.

I met the owner of Will Pro Roofing and Construction at the hospital. I talked with his about the roofing company and took a business card. Will Pro Roofing and Construction was also cheaper.

We did have some water damage during the installation of the roof. But Will Pro Roofing and Construction is coming out to paint my entire ceiling. I love the guttering. I guess out of the kindness of their heart, Will Pro Roofing and Construction upgraded my gutters to a larger size without my asking....

Will Pro did a good job cleaning up. The whole area was cleaned well and very nicely done. I was a construction manager for remodeling buildings and it was my job to see it done right so I know what I'm talking about. Will Pro did a very good job.

THERE WERE JUST A FEW AREAS OF THE ROOF THAT NEEDED TO BE RE-ADDRESSED, RANDY AND HIS CREW RESPONDED AND RESOLVED, PERHAPS FINAL INSPECTION & A WALK AROUND BEFORE INVOICING SHOULD BE CONSIDERED.

Roofers and painters did a great job, including making sure my home was not vulnerable to rain over night. The gutter job looked good but, like every gutter job, needed to be later checked with water to make sure everything was properly pitched. It took 2 more visits to fix that. I will definitely use them again.

Even though I informed the roofers late about a problem with my roof vent airways they peeled off their work and fixed it for me at no charge. Also the first day they only removed shingles from the areas they could cover that day. That was great because we had a very heavy rain over the night and no leaks.

Randy Mize was great with everything except for not checking up on the gutter people. I especially appreciate his extra help in assisting us to choose a better color for our roof and his patience in the long process we took to choose a roofer.
