Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

UPDATE: Our Patio door installer cranked the lock too tight when installing so our door is now bowing and there is a ton of condensation causing the lock to not work and the door to not slide well. After a month of emailing to see if I could get someone to look at it I finally got a "service appointment"....

Have had issues since windows have been installed over 5 yrs now still working with them about it
.did come out this year and saw no insulation was put around the sill of the window fingers crossed this will stop the windows from icing up. Now if they would just finish up the siding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was introduced to Window Concepts the last time I bought replacement windows and the difference in quality from the old vinyl windows was remarkable. There was no question as to who to shop with when I needed more later. The staff sold the job after that. Thanks to all.
