I’d say to anyone that was considering using C & L Ward to go for it, as long as Nicole Tower is not involved in the project. She is not good at her job.

The workers did an excellent job. They were very clean and thorough. The clean-up was excellent, and the quality of work was excellent.

We were very satisfied with our C&L project. The process was hassle free, the people friendly and professional, the work and products above average.

CL Ward handled our Anderson Window replacement project professionally throughout the process. They were always on-time and the workmanship was top-notch. The windows/trim matches very well with the natural wood remaining in the rooms.

If I hear of any of my friends, family, or business associates in need of window replacements, I would definitely recommend this company and installation crew.

C&L Ward did really well.

We felt that C&L Ward cared about the project. They were very careful about getting the interior color of the doors JUST RIGHT. The installers were super careful and did a beautiful job. There was absolutely no mess left behind. The doors are perfect.

They did good work and were professional.

The project manager did not know anything; I might as well have been working with a two-year-old. I asked her when the windows would come in, and she could not tell me. The actual workers could tell me more than she did.

Love these guys. Their expensive but well worth it

We’re really not sure if we would recommend yet it depends on how well the roof looks this spring. We have some concerns about the shingles laying properly only time will tell.

All seemed very willing to cooperate with me if weather was frigid.

I paid 50% down on July 15th and my windows were installed on November 8th.

I had three people come out; they were on time, continuously worked, and were very conscious of the environment in the house. Made sure any cleanup was done properly, very respectful, communicated with me, and kept me informed on what they were doing. I think C&L Ward should compliment these individuals. They were excellent when they worked here. I have high praises for these three men.

Good materials but the coordination and communication was not great.

They came out several times to make sure it was done correctly. If they missed something, they fixed it. We were very pleased.
