The installation was very quick and professional.

When I purchased my windows, I was misinformed about the two-year no interest; I thought I had qualified. I called, and they said I had already paid $900 in interest. I signed everything because I trusted my salesperson. The financial institution was outside of Window Nation, and they determined the interest. I called Window Nation, and they said I signed the paperwork, and I had to pay the $900.

This experience was fantastic. Across the board, everyone was knowledgeable, quick to respond, and very helpful. The job was done on time and quickly. It took the crew about 6 hours to do 8 windows, including a beautiful bay window replacement.

Great quality work and windows

A bit pricey

Service was good, but I didn't like the sales tactic that they did. He gave me a really high price, and the price I ended up with was really a lot lower than that. I am not happy with them.

The entire window replacement was fast and easy

Price was right. Very happy with quality of windows. Installation was completed quickly. The workers were respectful and very clean. I did not have to clean a thing when they were done.

No issues at all. The communication was great all the way through. Everything was explained in detail. Couldn't be happier.

Consultation was forced and too quick, we were buying windows from you slow the process down... we ended up paying the price. Our kitchen window doesn't work with our sink in the way. We should have done a casement but Chris was clearly in a rush to get to the next appointment that we didn't spend the time to truly review the specs. "Exterior Design Consultant" should have a better idea for what window works. We also have Double Hung and Casement in the same room, we immediately regret not having both Casement windows, again just a rushed approach by Window Nation.

I needed windows and I didn't have someone forcing me to buy something I didn't need.

I went with Window Nation because they were the only company to reach out to me about a quote within 48 hours. The representatives were always friendly. The price was a good middle ground between the cheapest and most expensive options. Our installation happened to be on the coldest day of the week in January, but I appreciated that they did not cancel last minute, and made their own cancellation policy for us very clear. The installers were respectful to my home, kept open communication with me for the entire project, and were kind to my homeschool kids who were watching everything they did. We have more work to do on our home; they'll be my first call again.

Windows are great

All persons involved were friendly. Scheduling was how I wanted. Sales Rep was social and gave good details on product and the work to be done. The Measuring person answered my questions. The product was ready in a small amount of time. And they were ready to put them in, just days later. Everyone was great at doing there jobs and very friendly doing it.

Window Nation was efficient and professional with my project.

door received was not as ordered. A change order for $1200 agreed to by Window Nation was not honored. I have not received it and no one from Windows nation has responded to my e-mails.

I would recommend Window Nation to a friend, but it is still too early to tell how the work holds up.

Overall great experience. We had four companies come out, look at the project and provide proposals. Window Nation's representative listened to what was important to us and provided the best proposal and price to match what we were looking for.

Installers were friendly and worked quickly to complete the installation.
