We replaced all the windows in our home, along with the front door. Everyone we worked with from sales, schedulers, and installation were polite and courteous, responsive to our questions and demonstrated a commitment to making it a great experience and finished product. I am extremely disappointed with the windows that were installed. They shrank the glass area of the windows dramatically, making my space feel much less open. This impact should have been discussed with me ahead of time, but I was not told until some windows had already been installed and I asked the install crew why they looked so small.
