From estimate to installation, we were kept up to date on progress through email or texts and calls

They were on time getting and within an hour 4 windows were put. They do a great job and cleans when they are done.

The windows were installed quickly, but I had one problem with locking the windows. I have to pull them down slowly in order for them to lock. They look good.

Window Nation was pretty good, but the security features didn't stop a break in.

The neighbors noticed I was getting new windows and they were impressed with the work. A couple of my neighbors have inquired about them. They liked the work they saw and they said that the windows look great.

Up front pricing

Window Nation did not give me an itemized receipt for the windows. It was supposed to be buy two, get one free... It was full price and I find that deceiving. I called the company and asked for an invoice. They never responded and I never got an invoice.

They took down my window blinds and did not tell me they would not put them back up. It is costing me money and I am not happy about that.

They were professional in terms of completing everything, except with putting back the applications. I am trying to let them know the blinds are falling apart, and they have to come and fix it.
