Solid sales interaction, great product, great installation

We were very satisfied with the work done by Window Nation from the beginning to the completion of the project. Jason Lankford the salesman, was very professional and explained thoroughly all aspects of the project. He also worked with us in making some changes to the original p[an. Everyone involved in the project was also very professional. The installation team was also very good and we would recommend both Jason and them to our friends.

They came in and installed the windows. I had to ask them where the screens were. They said they didn't have them. I was paying for both, so why didn't they have them. The windows seals were included, and they didn't bring those either.

Windows are beautiful and adds to the curb appeal of my home

I am not sure I would recommend, I wouldnt actively not recommend. Timelines and appointments were kept but I am not sure until all the interior molding is removed if they were insulated correctly.

Excellent workmanship,competent courteous and professional crew and my home was spotless inside and outside.

They work with me on my budget and work with me with Assoc and schedule when it was convenient for me.

We were quite satisfied with the price, service, and installation of the replacement windows. I have not one thing to complain about. The three-man crew came to work and they did. The six old windows were gone in 40 minutes. Total time on site was 3.5 hours from arrival to squeaky clean new windows. I'm an engineer whose wife says is "picky." I found no flaws in any part of their end result. The crew left no debris, inside or out, were very careful of doors and walls while carrying tools and new windows through the house and they tracked nothing in on the floors. We are only now getting cold enough weather to test the windows themselves but early indications are looking very good.

I would definitely recommend Jason and the team of men that were sent to my home

As of now, the product is defective and currently being addressed and fixed. We shall see how it turns out.

Poor quality lousy workmanship

They came in on time, and on the date that we had planned. They took care of everything, and everything looked great when they were finished.

Salesman was courteous and polite as well as very aware of the time. The installation team were polite, used drop cloths throughout the house and did a very nice finish inside and out!

The five guys who came and did the job were friendly and professional. They knew what they were doing, explained it to us, and showed us how to use the windows. They cleaned up everything before they left. We have more windows to do.

2 screens were missing. Installer assured me his supervisor knew & would get the screens to us. That has not happened yet
Once we have those screens installed I would raise this to 5 stars.
We are very pleased with everything else & love our new windows.

For the most part, everything went smoothly and as scheduled. Everyone involved in the project was professional and pleasant. The installers were efficient and cleaned up everything.

Showed everyone my window concerns on rear of home never told me there would be an issue when installing the new windows That I would have no interior windowsill
