Overall I had an excellent experience with Window Nation. Scheduling an estimate was quick and easy. My salesperson, John Doran, was friendly, very informative, and arrived on time for our appointment. He walked me through the various options & I was kept informed as the windows were being made. Once the window were complete, I didn't have any issues scheduling installation. The team showed up on time and had all 9 windows installed in about 4 hours. There was minimal mess and they cleaned up before they left. The windows look great and I no longer feel a draft coming through any window. I'm pleased with the end result and would recommend the company to anyone looking to replace their windows.

There were too many people involved in the process. They weren't communicating with each other. There were different companies for each step. I guess they outsourced, but they weren't coordinated with each other.

4 of my windows were installed with the wrong design. During the process of waiting for the new ones, I tried calling 3 times and left an email for the manager to call back. No one responded.

Great experience with Window Nation. The sales person, Jim Doyle, was really nice and not pushy. He explained everything really well to me and let me make my own decision about what I wanted. The measuring person was really nice and very quick. The installation guys were great. So nice, so quick, so professional. They did a beautiful job and I am very happy with the outcome.

Surprised they worked on Christmas eve. Actually completed the work in one day. Thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.

WindowNation staff and installers have all been great to deal with. The initial presentation was very informative and well-presented. The installation went smoothly considering that the crew of 3 were removing twelve 125-year-old windows and replacing them all in the same day. Excellent work. And the after installation follow-up by the customer service staff has been great. I've already recommended WindowNation to one sister and will tell anyone else I know who needs windows to consider WindowNation.
