Great communication scheduling was adhered to

I was very pleased with everything Window Nation did for us.

They made the project very simple for me ! Just had to schedule the appointments and tell them what I wanted to do and they took it from there.

They were quick, easy to work with, knowledgeable, clean. My windows are gorgeous

Too many lies to get me to commit

The entire experience was pretty terrible. The installers messed up a wall, a door frame and a window frame. They installed the door wrong and told us it was fine. Had to have someone come out to fix it....Literally could never get someone on the phone to help us. They also broke a bench I had out in front of my house and never said anything...I let the company know and no one has ever come to fix it. I won't recommend this company to anyone and I'm sad that I now owe so much money for a shitty job. The installers also left nails in the yard and in my driveway...

The installers were on time. The windows are really nice. I am feeling no drafts. My installers were very professional. Thank you Window Nation.

We were very happy with everything from the appointment to assess to the completion of the installation of the 6 windows we ordered. All of the people we dealt with were wonderful, professional, and excellent at explaining everything that was being done. We highly recommend Window Nation for anyone that needs window or door replacements.

I had 6 windows installed in my bedrooms. when the salesman looked at my windows, he saw that I had mini blinds up. when the man came out to measure the windows, I had mini blinds up. when the men came to install the windows, they asked us to take down the brackets that held the mini blinds up. At no time were we told that after the windows are installed, it would not be enough room left to hang the brackets for the mini blinds. I called the customer service first thing Monday morning (the windows were installed on a Friday). I told them that because of a piece of trim that was put at the top of the window frame, I was not able to hang my brackets. I asked if they could send someone out so I could show them the problem. It took them two days to respond to me and then they asked for pictures instead of sending someone out. I was very disappointed with your customer service. I just spent over $7000.00 and I couldn't get someone to come back to my house! I send the pictures and after a couple of days they call and say that it is nothing they can do about my problem. I am sure that we are not the first people that got windows and wanted to put mini blinds up! I must say that i have brought windows from Thompson Creek and I can call them any time with a issue and they send someone right out to try and solve the problem. I will be in the market to buy windows for my first floor but I will have to really think about who I will buy them from.

We were impressed with every aspect of our experience. Our salesperson, Mick Powers, was very personable and very knowledgeable, advising us of our options. Our install team was the best in the business. If we ever need any future work done, we would request them.

Salesman said and showed video of a treatment for mold that they applied before inserting the new window....I watched them install my kitchen window and double windows in living room...they scraped remains from old window and immediately inserted the new one...nothing applied!

My experience was very nice from the presentation of Kevin explaining and showing us different widow choices and payment plans to the installation process. The installers were very courteous and kind, they also left my property very clean which I really appreciated it. Also I want to give Phil a shoutout for coming out and fixing my doorbells that the installers could not fix. Thank you again Phil.
