The service is outstanding.
Window Nation provided efficient and clear service.
I am enjoying my windows. I am glad that I got them. I wish they were more sound proof, but they are not. I still enjoy them because they make the house look beautiful on the front.
The job was done very well. The sales person, Terry Kuntz, was great. The service was great.
Derek Highsmith, my salesperson, consulted with his supervisor and I was able to get a great deal to have both windows and doors relaced.
The prices were good. The only thing I disliked was that my window sill was smaller, and I wasn't aware of that.
The team that came out was so helpful! They were very aware of the mess that the house could turn into because we had all the windows done. They were just wonderful and left the house clean. They were so effective at putting the windows in. Window Nation was very aware and responsible to go out of their way to not hurt anything.
I thought they did a very good job from the beginning to the end. They showed up on time, did what they were supposed to do when they were supposed to do it. That is not always the case with any kind of construction project.
How great of a job the guys did they the windows look great all six of them, upstairs and on the first floor living room. It's a lot quiet now with the new windows installed I'm glad that I asked Fred and April that lives up the street to give me the name of your company.
Fantastic customer service with a great product at a reasonable cost.
They were friendly, got the job done quickly, cleaned up
The ease and efficiency of the process.
The company was courteous and professional.
The windows seem of very good quality and the installation process was very very good.
I can’t say enough GREAT things about Window Nation. We needed all new windows for a long time. There are so many companies to pick from but we chose Window Nation because their commercials stood out in my mind. We filled out their online contact form and within a couple of minutes we received a call to step up an appointment for a salesperson to come to our house. The salesperson was at our house a few days later and he was FANTASTIC!! He was very personable, helpful, and we learned so much from him. Once the windows were purchased, the process moved quickly. Window Nations put all of the documentation together for us to send to our HOA. After HOA approval, they quickly had someone come to our house to complete the window measurements. The man that completed the measurements was very meticulous and right on point. Next thing you know we were called by Window Nation to set up a date for installation. The installers were right on time (literally to the minute.) They were wonderful, super friendly, and fast. They too were meticulous about the work. They cleaned up once completed. They had us walk through and make sure all of the windows looked good, functioned, and answered any questions that we had. Since our windows were installed there is a huge difference in the temperature of our house and they look AMAZING! Thank you Window Nation.
Window Nation is great to work with. They explain everything very well and I can tell you I love my new windows. My house is quieter and definitely warmer.
Excellent product!
The initial interview was good. Thinking back I wonder how experienced he was by the way he answered some of our questions. When we questioned the colors he more or less chose the color. I had to question that a number of times. Finally he sent me a sample of the colors.
Evidently he didn’t make a note that the FedEx overnight fee was to be deducted from the final payment.
Now that the windows have been installed we are happy so far.
They did a good job.
I was very impressed from start to finish. From the start of the process, the first conversation with the sales rep to the installation of everything, it was very smooth and efficient.
The job was incomplete. There is a laundry list of issues. We watched the installer pull the door knob off and not fix it. The doors are dented. The frame isn’t completely screwed in. The caulk job looks like trash. There’s spots where they didn’t caulk at all.
I like the windows a lot but I do not like anything else about the sales process. Sales rep told me he only earns commission if I decided on the spot at the estimate appointment. We like to evaluate purchase decisions worth a couple thousand dollars and don't appreciate feeling like I'm stealing someone's livelihood by taking our time. Also do not like that both homeowners need to be present for a sales presentation. I make all the purchase decisions for our household - requiring my husband to be present is antiquated and disrespectful.
