Windows were a fantastic value and are great. We also had gutters put in from WW. It was and has been the worst experience as a home owner. I have lost count of how many times I have called to have someone come out and fix the gutters. They are almost all pitched incorrectly and many of the downspouts...

They are the worst company to deal with ever. Their product is terrible. Customer service is terrible. Delivery and everything about the whole process was a nightmare. Think twice before you deal with Window World. You are not getting what you paid for!

They were nice and professional and got everything done. They did not take a break. They were so good. It was a team of three of four of them. They got there and worked all day. They were really good.

I had a very good experience with Window World of Boston after seeing their ads, and got a good value for my money. They didn't try and replace all the windows, only the ones needed. I was recommended by friends to try out Window World of Boston, and cannot say enough good things about this company.

Installation date not met. Wrong windows ordered despite 2 measurements. No compensation for delay and no apology or communication regarding new install date. Window trim is already peeling, just 2 weeks after installation.
