A great feature to have.  If you don’t have a shut off valve ask the plumber to install one.  If you leave on vacation or have a leak you can easily shut off the water to your condo. Check with the association first for the insurance Compamy also.  Billy Gavigan

Contact the Floor Jack rep at the corporation that manufactures. They should have a list of vendors and send you proper installation standards. Best of Luck. Also we would recommend a structural engineer for your assistance.  Best of Luck #GuildQuality #ProTip

seweing kit and a glue strip or sealent under the seam without looking at it. I would call a capet install compamy and have them look at it for sure. Find out what the cause is before the remedy. Gavigan Homes uses Lowes for install

Edgar makes great points of matter in regards to the window selection and the Point of Insualtion. We SPray Foam Every New Home and are extra focused on sealing the envelop properly. We are located in a sub tropical climate and the principles apply adversly although nearly the same.

We ar eable to achive Power bills from 60-160 dollars on homes from 2000 sqft to 6500 Sqft. Air Loss, Insulation, and proper install of product

PROTIP: Watch ou twith the Term "Builder Grade" A Seasoned Window and door expert from Lowes will educate You on who makes the  "Builder Grade" windows You might speak of. There is a lot of " Razzle Dazzle in Windows and doors"

Check the performace & Rating. Do Not get Oversold and get a solid warranty orinated window.

Remember if they are not installed correctly and sealed IT does Not matter.... air flow is air flow... Loss =Loss

Contact the HVAC manufacture i.e. Goodman, carrier...ect also and notify them to iniaite a warraty log and ask them for assistance. If you have a NEW HOME book from the builder it should list the HVAC Install company of the HVAC Sysyem. Be Professioanl and Persistant. No Builder is perfect and most importantly try and notify the leadership of the company. Be flexable and cooridinate within the schedule set by the warranty ENSURE YOUR HVAC SYSTEM IS REGISTERED IN YOUR NAME AS IT MAY EXTEND COVERAGE

Great Question here and the answer is one of how the "chef" of the home cooks and always check the code and manufactures specs on clearances and proper guides for install.  Not knowing the model in the Question I would suggest an exercise in pulling the manufactures specs and install guide to see what is required and always know the WHY.

Bob, Get that clutter Out. You Might look into some good old fashion horse power... i.e. Young men wuith strong backs to assist you. Try asking Your local Youth charities or maybe football programs to raise money fo rthem and keep You Young... Keep it simple. If you put a large amount of weight in the module it might not be able to come out :-)

1 part Atheletic Youth + a Ryder truck = Kids learn the value of work and Bob saves $$

PRO TIP: Ensure there is a chain of command and the palyers or kids learn the right way... Mountain dew adds super fuel #nextgeneration

Those who are dedicated should Come. If not look to another level of standards.

The GuildQuality Program is a great way to focus on what is important, The Client. The Surveys allow the Client to feedback to the Builders or contractors. To ensure a great achivment build the GQ principals and ethos into your interactions. It's not easy although separation from your peers shines. Ralph, Security Systems as we know have come along way over the years. The "glass break" or "open" sensors are what I believe you're speaking of. We use the ADT Pulse systems because of System functionality and how it operates.  My Previous Career Experiances are in Militarty EOD ( Bomb Squad) operations to include Advaced training in access and Denial Training/ operations  of each system and sensors. So my answer is based solely on the specific question answered. 1. Bruce is Spot on about warranty checks although I would add that ADT would more than Likly come out and reinstall or update at little to no cost and there functionality to me is key and they would be the ones with the experiace and structure to validate. From an Experiance base answer I would suggest looking possibly at updating to a Pulse style system or aka Smart home system that allows Video and active security measures. The importance of the installer or service provider being the installer  is based on the " durning Need time frame". knowing your system is set right is piece of mind and could be life saving.  Active motion sensor lights | IR and Proximity sensors inside | And a HOME setting for perimeter security are good standards of practice. Gavigan Homes

Billy-

the best security system is a great plan and training

Daniel Hoff asked:

Daniel, Gavigan Uses Tankless water heat ( Gas or LP) when ever possible. The industry and level of Quaity have surpassed common standards. Knowing how to check and possibly service the system is a a Must. The systems are low maintance although knowing Why and how to check if it's working is key incase of a power outage, freeze, or just need to know.

PRO TIP: KNOW WHERE THE FLUSH Lever is and how to remedy in a freeze situation. See if you need a 7 or 9 Gallon system ( flow)
